GK Solutions Terms & Agreement (summary)

By booking a service, you agree to the following:

Booking: Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment until GK Solutions confirms date, time, and scope.
Deposits: A $5 deposit is required to reserve a confirmed appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable for missed appointments, cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to provide access or required materials.
Payment: Remaining balances are due after service unless otherwise stated. Hardware, licenses, and third-party services are billed separately unless included in writing.
Scope: Estimates may change if actual scope differs. Additional work requires your approval before proceeding.
Your responsibilities: Maintain backups before service, provide accurate information, and make devices and access available at the scheduled time.
Data: GK Solutions uses reasonable care but cannot guarantee recovery from every data-loss event.
Liability: Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement.
