Process

- DeliveryDigital files are delivered physically or through a secure folder.

Cloud folders remain available for 30 days. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files before expiration.
Privacy
GK Solutions does not watch, review, or catalog personal footage. Files are accessed only as necessary to complete the conversion and verify basic technical quality. Temporary working files are deleted after the stated retention period.
Limitations
GK Solutions does not accept:
- Damaged tapes
- Moldy tapes
- Media requiring repair
- Commercial copyrighted DVDs
- Content that cannot legally be copied
- Cleanup or restoration requests
